Demag CC 600 - Backacter
Backacter is a manufacture of extreme large dreging excavators and is using this Demag CC 600 as yard crane.
It is a 140 tonne crawler crane with a self weight of about 130 tonnes.
The crane is fitted with a 36 metre main boom and a small fixed jib about 6 meters long. The max. main boom length is 72 meters or 60 meters combined with a 48 meter luffing jib.
The counterweight weights 55 tonnes and is making a 5.85 meter tailswing.
The tracks are not original anymore but replaced by a Verhoeven tracks.
