RTG RG 16 T - Häring
This sharp RTG RG 16 T of Häring Spezialtiefbau from Pfronten (DE) stod along the high way 6 near Sinsheim (DE) to drive some sheet piles.
The RTG RG 16 T has a BS 60 R superstructure that is powered by a CAT C18 engine with a power of 470 kW (630 hp). The heavy engine is required because the vibrator in the leader is directly powered by the rig.
The undercarriage is 5 meters long and 4,2 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the breadth of the undercarriage adjustable to 3 meters. The transport mass is about 47.5 tonnes without the vibrator.
The rig has 6 tonnes of counterweight with a tailswing of 3.5 meters.
The tracks have width of 0.7 meters.
The extendable leader has a total length of 20.58 meters and a free height of 16 meters below the vibrator. The working radius is adjustable between 3.7 and 5.32 meters. The leader can be tilted 4 degrees forwards and sideways and 10 degrees rearwards. The leader is also 100 degrees rotatable to left or right against the base machine. In the leader is hanging a RTG MR 105 V vibrator.
The 5.5 tonne auxiliary winch is attached directly to the leader head.
