Mercedes-Benz Actros 2658 - Glass
This sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 2658 of Glass from Mindelheim (DE) stood on an early morning on a construction site with an oversized cargo to get unloaded. The combination exists out of a 3-axle truck and a 3-axle semi low loader.
The truck has a 6x4-drive line where both rear axles are driven. The power comes from a Mercedes-Benz OM 473 LA, a 15.6-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 425 kW (580 hp).
Behind the front axle are the AdBluetank, battery, compressed-air tanks and a small diesel tank installed.
Bheind the cabine is a large storage compartment made. In the space between the two driven rear axles is also a small storage compartment made.
On the 3-axle semi low loader is a precast concrete component loaded from the factory of Glass. The component weights 27.4 tonnes. In the background is the Volvo FH 460 of Mayer parked.
A very sharp combination by Glass!
