Sany SCC1000E - Asiagroup
This Sany SCC1000E belongs to Asiagroup from Singapore (SG) and was erected in their yard for maintenance and inspection. It is a 100-tonne crawler crane.
The undercarriage is 6.33 meters long and 5 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.49 meters. Attached to the undercarriage is in total 10 tonnes of central counterweight, each side one slab with 5 tonnes.
The crane is powered by a Cummins 6CTAA8.3-C240, a 6-cylinder 8.3-liter diesel engine with a power of 179 kW (240 hp).
Attached to the superstructure is in total 30.1 tonnes of counterweight.
The A-frame can be folded down for transport over the road. In working position is the height 6.47 meters. The crane is fitted with two 9.2-tonne winches, those are both in use here. As hoist winch and as luffing winch for the luffing jib.
The crane was erected here with a luffing jib. The maximum configuration is 43.3 meters of main boom with a 31 meter luffing jib.
Here was the crane fitted with a 37.3 meter long main boom with a 19 meter long luffing jib. An interesting crane of Asiagroup!
