Tadano

Tadano was founded in 1948 in Takamatsu (JP). In the early fiftees the company startet to develop hydraulic cranes on a truck chassis. Today are i.a. all-terrain cranes, rough-terrain cranes and crawler cranes build in different companies worldwide. About 1,500 employees are working at Tadano. Since 1990 is Tadano owning the german company FAUN, which is now 100% owned. In 2019 purchased the brand Demag from the Terex group and is owning two German crane manufacturers. In 2021 was anounced that the products of Demag and Tadano FAUN will be merged. Tadano is producing telescopic cranes to a 1,000 tonne lifting capacity and crawler cranes up to 3,200 tonne a lifting capacity.
