This interesting Freightliner Argosy belongs to QSR from Logan Village (AU) and was deployed to transport components of a tower crane from storage to the construction site. Here, the combination consists of a 3-axle truck with a 3-axle semi-trailer.

The truck is powered by a 15-litre 6-cylinder diesel engine. Here, a choice could be made between a Detroit Diesel DD15 or a Cummins X15. The DD15 had an output of 418 kW (560 hp) and the X15 had an output of up to 466 kW (625 hp). Both rear axles are driven.

The Argosy was produced between 1999 and 2020; this truck is from the year of manufacture 2019. Behind the first axle, the large diesel tank is mounted.

The vehicle may weigh a maximum of 26 tonnes including fifth-wheel load. On this side, another large diesel tank is mounted behind the first axle.

Here, a 3-axle semi-trailer was being hauled. The load consists of ballast blocks, a hook and tower sections for a Liebherr 290 HC tower crane.

Later that day, the truck came to the construction site with a different trailer; here, boom sections are being transported on a 3-axle trailer.

It is a 3-axle Southern Cross trailer, good for a payload of approximately 32 tonnes. An interesting vehicle of QSR!
